Livelihood of a place depends on the condition, weather and land terrain of a place a person living in the city would have a slightly different livelihood to someone living in the valley or hills per sec.
The government needs to pan out schemes keeping the people staying in the place in mind and the economic structure of a place totally depends on how well the schemes have enrolled and maintained.
