Pressure(N/m^-2) = force(N)/area(m^2)

Case 1) P=2/0.1×0.2=2/0.02=100

Case 2) P=2/0.05×0.1=2/0.005=400

Case 3) P=2/0.05×0.2=2/0.010=200

Weight of brick = Thrust = F = 2 kgf

(a) Area of base = area of top L × B

= 20 Cm × 10

= 200 cm sq.

(b) area of base = area of top

= 5 cm × 10 cm

= 50 cm sq.

pressure exerted = P = F/A

= 2 kgf / 50 cm sq.

= 0.04 kgf cm (-sq).

(c) Weight of brick ,

F = 2 kgf

Area of base = L × B

= 20 cm × 5 cm

= 100 cm sq.

hopefully its helped u dear :)
