the shape of H2O is angular or "V"shape and oxygen has two lone pairs.And H2O is sp3 hybridized molecule. NH3 has shape of pyramidal and sp3 hybridized. CH4 has tetra hedral shape and sp3 hybridized.Becl2 has shape of linear and sp hybridized.
