Answer:

Let Sarla's age be x

As Shreya's age is 7 years more than two times Sarla's age,

Shreya's age will be -

2x + 7

3 years hence,

Shreya's and Sarla's age will both increase by 3

Therefore,

Sarla's age = x + 3

Shreya's age = 2x + 10

According to the question,

Three years hence, Shreya's age will be 19 years more than Sarla's age.

Therefore,

Sarla's age + 19 = Shreya's age (Three years hence)

x + 3 + 19 = 2x + 10

x + 22 = 2x + 10

22 - 10 = 2x - x

\fbox{x \: = \: 12}

Therefore,

Sarla's age = x = 12

Shreya's age = 2x + 7 = 31
