Shrikhand is a thick, creamy indian dessert that is made with curd. Sweet curd and aromatic spices are used with sugar in a basic sugar dishes. Such as cardamom powder, saffron and nutmeg powder. In it, curd is used, whose whey is completely drained. So when making sakshina, it takes a little longer because you need to make curd first, then add whey to curd and then make sirakhand.
