Shrimant was laborer in the stone quarries at Turbhe in Navi Mumbai. He had a son, Shekhar, who was blind from birth. His father had never let him out of the house for he was afraid for his safety. one day when Shekhar was twelve. Five boys from the local municipal school came to Shekhar‘s house.
