Radius of 4 cm means diameter of 8 cm and circumference of 8π cm, or 25.13 cm
The square has a perimeter of 4x4 = 16 cm.
yes, she had some left.
Do you want to know the amount? (you didn't ask for it)
that is 25.13 – 16 cm = 9.13
(9.12 is slightly incorrect, due to using an incorrect value for π

yes she would
as length of chord = circumference of a circle of radius 4 cm = 2πr = 44×4/7 = 25 ( approx.)
and if it is wrapped on a square ,
length covered = perimeter of a square of side 4 cm = 4s = 4×4=16 cm
therefore length of chord left = 25 - 16
= 9cm
