Sand Quantity = 0.27*1.5 = 0.414 m3

Aggregates Quantity = 0.81 m3

1 bag of cement = 50 kg = 0.034 m3

So, Cement in bags for 1 m3 concrete = 0.27/0.034 = 7.94 ~ 8 Bags
