Side of square= 360 m

Area= 360×360 = 129600

Area of square plot= area of rectangular plot

=> 129600= lxb

=> 129600= 225xb

=> 129600 ÷ 225= b

=> 576=b

Given :-

Area of rectangle = Area of square

Side of square = 360 m

Length of rectangle = 225 m

To Find :-

The breadth of the rectangle

Solution :-

Let's find out the area of square first.

Area of a square = side ²

= (360m)²

= 1,29,600 m²

Now,

Let the breadth be x m

Area of rectangle = L × B

Also, given that Area of rectangle = Area of square.

Therefore,

129600 m² = 225m × x m

=> 129600 m² = 225x m²

\implies\: x\: =\: {\dfrac{129600}{225}}

=> x = 576

Therefore, the breadth of the rectangle is 576 m
