2)The leaf peel might have dried up.
3)She might have poured excess water on the peel.
4)There might be air bubbles under the cover slip.
5)The lens of the microscope may be damaged.
6)The microscope might not receive sufficient light.
preventions:-
1)place the leaf peel evenly on the slide.
2)to prevent it from getting dried up,add only very small or recquired quantity of water.
3)if there is excess water,wipe it off slowly and gently.
4)while placing a cover slip,make sure that there are no air bubbles under it,
