The moment of force, or torque, has SI unit: N.m. (Newton-metre).

(also representable as N-m, N.m, etc)

Note that the dimensions of torque are the same as that of Work, or Energy, which also have their SI unit as N.m, but for them, we also term the unit as Joules, which, if substituted for Torque, is incorrect.
