Explanation:

Siberia is a very cold place located in the arctic region.

This place is very cold during the summer, and even colder during the winter.

During the winter there’s less sunlight and freezing cold temperature.

No water is available in liquid form. So, the growth of a tree is impossible

But during summer, there is a supply of water, some sunlight is also present.

So, growth is possible in this situation.

Answer:

there is little to no water at all and very little sunlight so growth during winter is not possible.
