side of a rhombus is 20 cm and one of its diagonals is 24 cm.... find the length of the other diagonal. also it's area??

Diagonal = 32
Area of Rhombus = 384

Let ABCD be the rhombus; BD=24 so, BO= 12 and AD(side) =20
 By Pythagoras theorem : AO=16 so, AC= 32 cm
Area= AC*BD/2= 192cm
