side \: of \: square \:  =  a= 23 \\ perimeter \: of \: square = 4a = 4 \times 23 = 92 \\let \: the \: radius \: of \: circle = r \:  \\ \:  a.t.q \\ perimeter \: of \: square = circumference \: of \: circle \\ 92 = 2\pi \: r \\ 92 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r \\ 92 \times \frac{7}{44}  = r \\  \frac{161}{7}  = r

Hey Mate!

Side of square = 23 cm

Perimeter = 4 * Side = 4 * 23 = 92 cm

Now,

If the perimeter value of square is equal to the circumference of a circle

Perimeter of square = Circumference of circle

92 cm = 2πr

92 = 2 * 22/7 * r

92/2 = 22/7 * r

46/22 * 7 = r

161/11 = r

14.63 = r

Therefore, Radius is 14.63 cm
