∴ Perimeter = 4a = 4 × 45 cm = 180 cm

Or Perimeter of rectangle = 180 cm

Length of rectangle = 50 cm

∴ Breadth = P/2 – l = 180/2 – 50

= 90 – 50 = 40 cm
