54x=540

x=10m

so, the sides of the triangle are =a= 12*10 = 120m

                                                       b= 17*10 = 170m

                                                        c= 25*10 =250m

area of triangle (By herons formula) =>

s=(a+b+c)/2

   =540/2

   = 270 m
