Answer:

area = 9000

Step-by-step explanation:

12+17+25=54

540/54=10

So the sides are 12*10 = 120 , 17*10 = 170 and 25*10 = 250

S = (a+b+c)/2 = 540/2 = 270

area = \sqrt{S(S-a)(S-b)(S-c)} = \sqrt{270*150*100*20}=√81000000=9000

Hey!

Here's your answer....

Let the sides of the triangle be 12X , 17X and 25X respectively.

Now,

Perimeter = sum of all sides

540 = 12X + 17X + 25X

540 = 54X

X = 540/54

X = 10cm

Now the sides are...

12X = 120cm

17X = 170cm

25X = 250cm

For finding its area , we will be using heron's formula....

S = perimeter/2

S= 540/2

S = 270cm

Area^2 = S(S-A) (S-B) (S-C)

= 270(270-120) (270-170) (270-250)

= 270 × 150 × 100 × 20

= 270 × 3000 ×100

= 81000000

Area = (81000000)^1/2

= 9000cm^2

Hope it helps you out!
