Step-by-step explanation:

let the sides be 2x, 3x and 4x

so 2x+3x+4x= 9x

9x= 90

x= 90/9

x=10

so 2x= 2x10= 20

3x = 30

4x= 40

Step-by-step explanation:

given-

2:3:4

perimeter of triangle=90cm

to find ar. of triangle

so, 2x+3x+4x=90

9x=90

x=10 cm

now,1st of triangle is 2x=2×10=20

2nd is 3x=3×10=30

and,3rd is 4x=4×10=40

so by heron's formula

ar. of triangle √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

and s=a+b+c/2

20+30+40/2

=45 cm

now,ar. triangle

√45(45-20)(45-30)(45-40)

=√45(25)(15)(5)

=√84375

=75√15cm^2
