Answer:

hi mate

here is your answer

12 : 17 : 25 :: 540

12x +17x + 25x = 540

54x = 540

x = 540/ 54

x=10

therefore ,x = 10

12x = 12×10 =120

17x = 17×10 = 170

25x= 25×10 = 250

area of triangl by herons formulae :-

a+b+c/2 = semiperimeter

540/2=S

270=S

s-a = 270-120 =150

s-b = 270-170 =100

s-c = 270 - 250 = 20

= underroot s (s -a) ( s-b) (s-c)

= underroot 270 (150) (100) (20)

=10 underroot (3×9×10) (3×5×10)(2×10)

=10×10×3×3underroot 5×2×10

=900 underroot 2×2×5×5

=900×10

=9000

therefore the area of triangle will be 9,000 cm^2.

hope it helped you

Semi perimeter is 270cm
Then we mutliply sides with x
We added them which was equal to 540
We found x=10
We got sides multiply by 10
Then put these in area of traingle
We got area as a result which was 9000cm^2
