So 3x +4x + 5x=60

12x=60

X=5

Therefore sides are 15, 20 , 25

Area of triangle = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

Area of ∆ = √30 (30-15)(30-20)(30-25)

Area of ∆= √30×15×10×5

Area of ∆ =25×6

Area of ∆= 150m
