As it is a scalene triangle, we use the formula

= √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

Then s = (a+b+c)/2

            = (10+8+5)/2

            = 23/2  ⇒ 11.5 cm

Also, (s-a) = (11.5-10) ⇒ 1.5 cm
        
         (s-b) = (11.5-8)   ⇒ 3.5 cm

         (s-c) = (11.5-5)   ⇒ 6.5 cm

                =  √392.4375
