We can figure this out using Pythagorean Theorem, if the three sides are a Pythagorean pair, then we can assume that the triangle formed is a right triangle.

Pythagoras Theorem : a^2 + b^2 = c^2

So,

(a) 2,3,5

2^2 + 3^2 = 5^2?

4 + 9 = 25

16 \neq 25

Not a right triangle

(b) 6,8,10

6^2 + 8^2 = 10^2?

36 + 64 = 100

100 = 100

This is a right triangle

(c) 4,6,8

4^2 + 6^2 = 8^2?

16 + 36 = 64

52 \neq 64

Not a right triangle

(d) 6,8,9

6^2 + 8^2 = 9^2?

36 + 64 = 81

100 \neq 81

Not a right triangle

Therefore, out of the given options only (b) will make a right triangle
