Answer:
Sieving is better method because the fine particles or the small particles can't be simply separated by hand so , we use sieve to separate bran from wheat flour

Answer:
It is advisable to sieve wheat flour to separate the bran. This is because of the "difference" in the size of wheat flour and its bran; "bran" which is much "bigger" when compared to its size than "wheat flour" and it can be easily separated out by the sieve. Handpicking will require a lot of time to separate out the bran. Further there may be a chance that the bran may still remain due to human error to separate them by picking them by hand. It is a better "alternative" to "sieve" than pick by hand to remove the bran.
