When the feeling of individual differences arises it brings our mind to the top of the world , we think ourselves unique and try to do best in something , it gives us the power of self-confidence and we feel proud, it gives the feeling of leadership and speaking out in honour. It's very creative and innovative .
It makes person perfect as that person always tries to be different and better from others.
But sometimes it results in arrogant and perfectionist nature and we become angry easily when things don't go in a correct manner.
Anyway in a positive attitude it's very helpful and develops a different personality in that human.
