An attitude plays a big role in communication. A positive attitude of a person leads to good and positive communication whereas a negative one hostile the environment through its negative attitude.

people find your response friendly when you show a positive attitude toward them, which thus helps in building better understanding and easy communication.

when u talk with a positive attitude, it make the opposite speaker feel comfortable in responding to u .... thus ... is portrays yourself as a well disciplined person .
