Prejudices are greatly significant in individual development, they play many different roles in boosting an individuals development in both the positive and the negative degrees, for instance prejudice may cause low self esteem depending on how it was recied and percieved by the subject, prejudice moight also cause self actualization still depend on how it is recieved and percieved by the subject.
