Both the poem tells the importance of time. Human beings mere mortal. Nothing remains forever in this world.
In ozymandias it is shown that people made their statues to remain forever. They want to be immortal. But nothing could stand in front of time. Time destroys everything.
In not marble nor the gilded monuments we have seen that time destroyed the statues and monuments made up of marbles. But it cannot destroy thw literature.
It means it is only our good actions which will be remain even after our death.
Hope it helps.
