During Estrada's administration,he was able to secure many jobs for many Filipinos who were jobless at the moment under the new governments drive to find jobs for the job seekers.Many were able to secure jobs in their country as well as abroad.There was also formation of labor federations which were formed to mitigate the labor misplacing effects.Through these federations by Estrada there was formation of private firms which has in turn led industrial harmony.Moreover the Estrada administration is working on the mechanics of Labor Based Infrastructure Developed Program and other livelihood programs to alleviate unemployment.
