Significance of Boyle's law:-
At high altitude atmosphere pressure is low. So volume of air increases and density of air decreases. So less oxygen is available for breathing. Hence there will be problem in breathing at high altitude. So mountaineers caary oxygen cylinder with them at high altitudes.

Significance of Charles law:-
Hot air balloon rise up in sky because when temperature is increased then volume also increases. So density of air become less. Hence hot air balloon rises up in the sky.

Boyle's Law: The changes in the volume of a gas by varying pressure at a constant temperature of a fixed amount of gas was quantified by Robert Boyle in 1662. The law was named after his name as Boyle's law.

IT STATES THAT

VOLUME OF A GIVEN MASS OF GAS IS INVERSELY PROPORTIONAL TO ITS PRESSURE AT A CONSTANT TEMPERATURE.

CONSTANTS ARE TEMPERATURE AND NO. OF MOLES(n)

=>PV=nT
