Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan is an attempt to make primary education universal by the community ownership of the school system. It is in response to the demand for quality basic education across the country. The SSA program is also an attempt to provide opportunities for improving human capabilities to all children, through the provision of community-owned quality education in a mission mode.
1.2 What is the SRAV Peak Association?

1.3 AIMS of SRAV Summit
1.3.1 Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan 2010 is to provide useful and relevant primary education for all children of the age group 6 to 14 years. Another goal is to bridge social, regional and gender differences, in which the community's active participation is managed by schools
1.4 Statement of Mission of Srivastava
1.4.1 Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Mission attempts to safeguard the right to quality basic education for all children of the age group of 6-14 years. The goals of the SSA mission are:
A) Nomination for all children in school camps, education guarantee center, alternative school, back in 2005.
B) All children retention up to upper primary level till 2010.
C) Gridging gender and social category interval in enrollment, retention and learning.
D) To ensure that there is a significant increase in level of achievement of children's learning at primary and upper primary level.
1.4.2 Each state and district will set the target date, through which SSA's super targets will be received in their specific context, but not since 2010.
1.4.3 National standards for the expected learning will be developed in some mandatory skills. Progress towards increasing levels of achievement on these standards will be done regularly at a national level on a sample basis. Apart from this, the states have developed a mechanism for regular objective evaluation of students of learning level.
1.4.4 Promotes Mission
A) Empowerment of children as active participants in a knowledge society
B) Put a result-oriented approach to performance and responsiveness towards performance and at all levels.
C) One centered mode for the implementation of an academic intervention, along with participation of all stakeholders, especially teachers, parents, community advertisement Panchayati Raj institutions and voluntary organizations.
D) An equity oriented approach, which focuses on the needs of educationally backward areas and deprived social groups especially with children.
E) An overall effort to ensure convergence of investment and initiatives to improve the efficiency of primary education system.
E) Institutional improvement and capacity building to ensure continuous efforts for UEE
1.5. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan as an educational program and as a program.
1.5.1 Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) has two aspects.
i) It provides a comprehensive convergence framework for the implementation of elementary education schemes.
ii) This budget program is also to strengthen the important areas to achieve universalization of primary education.
