Answer: a) the ticket collected said to the grandfather.

              b) The grandfather  tried to convince the ticket collecter that it is not a dog and it is a monkey but the collecter didn't accepted. at last, he paid money for Toto’s ticket and left with toto and his tortoise.....

              c) The Ticket-Collector called a dog insisted of monkey and charged the fare.
