This is the place where many people reads books and others like magazine, newspaper etc. When you are reading, silence must be necessary to concentrate on the piece you are reading. This is also necessary because without silence we do not understand anything that we are reading because of lack of concentration. The library is the place where someone goes to read or earn some knowledge. If there is no silence, nobody can read peacefully and can't earn any knowledge. The aim of a library is to spread knowledge. If we can't earn knowledge, there will be no value of library. This is the reason why silence must be maintained in the library.
