(1) Silver Chloride is undergoing photo decomposition and it gets splitted into its constituent elements:

2 AgCl (s) + Sunlight → 2 Ag (s) + Cl2 (g)

(2) The Silver metal which is formed in this reaction is grey in colour.

(3) Chlorine gas gets evolved during this reaction and escapes into the atmosphere.
