Depicting the serenity of moonlight the poet is mentioning that when the moon moves over the human settlement, everything where the beam of the moon touches becomes silver. The silver coloured moon beams are reflecting on windows. Further these beams are also reflecting on the dogs paws’ that are slipping in the dog house.
