● Explaination-
Let x be the molecular mass of silver salt.

42% of the salt is silver.
Therefore, mass of silver
= x × 42/100.

But here, mass of silver is its molecular mass
x × 42/100 = 108
x = 108 × 100 / 42
x = 257 g

Atomic mass of cation = 257-108 = 149 g
Molecular mass of monobasic acid = 149+1 = 150 g.
