Small pain in my chest tells us about the conditions of a soldier and the trauma that he goes through after a war gets over. There is physical agony, emotional agony , and mental agony which he has to face. In the poem the doctor's journal we come to know about the people of Hiroshima and Nagasaki on the day the son bomb was dropped.
