Sides similar shapes are always in ratio.
BC/QR = 10/25 = 2/3 = 2:3
Therefore, 2:3 is the ratio of all sides
AD/PS = X/12
2/3 = X/12
X = 8cm
BA/PQ = 6/Y
2/3 = 6/Y
Y = 9cm
