Rani of Jhansi was an Indian queen and a well-educated lady, who fought against the British in the mid-1800s'. Joan of Arc is a person who came from a peasant family, she was illiterate, but she played a dominant role in the 100 years' war and she fought against the English allies of France.

Lakshmibai (1828 - 1858) was the queen of Jhansi in North India. She was popularly known as Rani of Jhansi. She was one of the leaders of Indian rebellion against the British in 1857.

Joan of Arc (1412 - 1431) is a popular heroine of France. She was much recognised from her role in the Hundred Years' War. She lived in a farm and was illiterate but she could grasp matters well and she fought against the French allies of the British. Unfortunately, when she was 19 years old, she was captured and burnt at the stake.
