The most prominent differences is the taste. Traditional food is time consuming to cook. It needs all original spices , flavor and the process in slow. If you want to cook” kebab” ,you have to marinate the meat with spices and curd, have to keep it for at least 3 to 4 hours, then cook it in natural coal oven. It's a slow process, with low flame, but it tastes superb.

Modern food doesn't need all this processing, it is either processed, or ready to cook. You have to follow the instructions given. That's all.

Today's fast life can't afford that much time for cooking. But one thing we forgot, that the nutrient value of traditional food , can’t be compared with ready to eat food.

Most of our modern day diseases relate to our food habit. If only we are little bit conscious, and have simple home made food, our life will be healthier.

We all must give it a thought.
