  1. Cuboid has a square cross sectional area and a length perhaps different from the side of the cross section. It has 8 vertices, 12 sides, 6 faces. ... Rectangular prism has a rectangular cross section.
  2. Cubic pyramid. In 4-dimensional geometry, the cubic pyramid is bounded by one cube on the base and 6 square pyramid cells which meet at the apex. Since a cube has a circumradius divided by edge length less than one, the square pyramids can be made with regular faces by computing . 3.Prisms and pyramids are solid geometric shapes that have flat sides, flat bases and angles. However, the bases and side faces on prisms and pyramids differ. Prisms have two bases -- pyramids only have one. There are a variety of pyramids and prisms, so not all shapes in each category look the same. 4.A cylinder is similar to a prism, but its two bases are circles, not polygons. Also, the sides of a cylinder are curved, not flat. A cone has one circular base and a vertex that is not on the base. The sphere is a space figure having all its points an equal distance from the center point. . ..... .

Cuboid is a prism.

A prism is not necessarily a cuboid.

A cube is a 3D shape and so is a pyramid.

A cube has 8 corners whereas a pyramid has 4/5 (depending on type)
