India has more people (more than a billion).

South Africa is filled with blacks and many foreigners, while India is mostly filled with native Indians.

India is culturally a very religious country, South Africa is more secular.

India is mostly Hindu with many minority religions, while South Africa is mostly “Christian” or “tribal’.

India has hundreds of languages. South Africa has a handful of tribal languages, a dialect spoken by the white minority, and English.

India has diverse native food. South Africa doesn’t really have much food (or popular food), and is influenced by Indian and foreign food.

India is richer, but South Africa is more infrastructurally developed.

The average Indian makes about $2k+ USD a year, while the average South African makes about $10k-15k+ USD a year.

There is a huge Indian diaspora around the world in every country. South Africa’s diaspora is extremely small compared to most countries, especially in the West.

Indians make up the bulk of NASA, I’m not sure how many South Africans are there.

The only similarity I can think of right now is that both have been colonized by the English and have suffered tremendously from it. And that they both today still speak English. Oh, and both are very beautiful countries! lol

Update: South Africans LOVE to eat meat, but you can be killed if you eat meat in India, because most people are strict vegetarians and in many places eating beef is also illegal. So, I think that’s enough for now! lol

Hope it clear
