India has  five wettest areas  namely, Chinnakallar, Anyone,CherrapunjiAmboli  and Mastering. The common climatic  characteristics between  these regions  and Congo is that the areas receive rainfall throughout  the year .Similarly in Congo being a sub Saharan country there are areas that are wet therefore influencing the climate of the country .
