Hey....mate
There is little to nothing to compare.
There is no equivalent to a consecrated Hindu temple in Islam. This is because in Islam the Supreme is worshiped as “Shabd Bramha”, which doesn't need a consecrated spaces.
Architecturally, both have some essential features which are important fir the functioning of the structures and their specific ritualistic usage.
While Hindu temples are aligned to the cardinal directions, Mosques are aligned to Kaaba do that a person offering namaz in the mosque faces the Kaaba.
An essential feature of a Temple is its gopuram, whike an essential feature of a mosque is its minaret through which azaan call goes out the faithful.
The aagama shastras envisage the entire temple structure aki n to a supine purusha where each chakra’s position is significantly marked with specific structures alongwith the feet, with the presiding deity at the Bramha sthan. Islamic architecture though defined for a mosque does not have such comparable specifics.
These are a few things, i could think of as a lay man.
