Physiology is the scientific study of normal mechanisms, and their interactions, which works within a living system and Philosophy is the study of general and fundamental problems concerning  matters such as existence, knowledge, values, reason, mind, and language. The term was probably coined by Pythagoras so basicly (explanation for for babies ) physiology is  the human body molecular structure aka cells and stuff and  philosophy is like  whats the meaning of life bullcrap and whats out there
