THERE ARE SLIGHT DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE PLANT AND ANIMAL CELLS
BOTH OF THE CELL HAVE A NUCLEUS
BOTH HAVE A MEMBRANE /CELL MEMBRANE
THE MEMBRANE IS SELECTIVELY PERMEABLE.
BOTH OF THEM HAVE CYTOPLASM/PROTOPLASM.
THEY HAVE MITOCHONDRIA
THEY HAVE RIBOSOMES AND DNA .

1)They both contains cell membrane.
2)They both have defined nucleus.
3) They both have cell membrane.
4)They both endoplasmic reticulum.
5)They both have golgi bodies.
6)They both have mitochondria.
7)They both have cytoplasm.
8)Both the cells are eukaryotic.
