They are not compatible. UK is an small island country whose weather is largely regulated by seas and ocean around it and much more northerly than India vis-a-vis equator and tropic of cancer. Highest point of UK is at 600m MSL.

India is much bigger country and most of its geographical area is in tropics region in form of a peninsula. However, the Himalayas as highest mountain range help in regulation of its weather, river system etc.
