1.Angiosperms and Gymnosperms are Eukaryotes ie with a well defined nucleus in their cells. 
2.Both have a well differentiated plant body. 
3.Both have well defined sex organs that are multicellular,differentiated and borne on specialised branches. 
4.The dominant phase of life cycle in both is the Sporophyte.
