Similarity between amoeba and yeast
Answers
Explanation:
Asexual reproduction means reproduction within only one organisms. Both yeast and amoeba are unicellular organisms. But amoeba reproduce through binary fission And yeast reproduce through Budding .these two process are asexual but different from each other
Reproduction in amoeba :- I) Amoeba reproduce through binary fission. Binary fission has two main steps a) cleavage of nucleus b) partition of cytoplasm.
II) In binary fission the amoeba get split into two after maturation.
III) After Binary fission when amoeba splitted into two daughter cells .Only daughter will left.
IV)Binary fission will split into only two daughter cells.
V) In amoeba Binary fission only occur in favorable conditions. But amoeba can also have multiple fission in unfavorable condition
_____________________________________________________________Reproduction in Yeast :-
I) Yeast reproduce through Budding . In this process when the Bud grows longer then it will get detached from parent cell and will grow further.
II) In yeast the Bud is already present on it.
III) After reproduction both parent and daughter cells left.
IV) reproduction is depend upon how many buds are there.
V)In yeast Budding is only occurs in favorable conditions.
