Answer:

( \sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{3} )( \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{8} ) =  \sqrt{6}  + 4 + 3 +  \sqrt{24}  \\  \\  = \sqrt{6}  + 7 + 2\sqrt{6}  \\  \\  = 3 \sqrt{6}  + 7
