Answer:

The Simon Commission was a political grp who would look over the constitution of India and make changes and reforms. But the main problem was- all members of the commission were Britishers. Not even a single Indian was a part of the party. Hence people did not trust the commission and protested against it. This is where the slogan "Simon Go Back" comes into being. It was a "greeting" to the Simon Commission.
